JBP has launched a new communications and engagement service, Global Trading Partners, to support British exporters overseas and inward investors who have earmarked the UK for development and growth.

The new service draws upon the agency’s longstanding membership of Worldcom, an international PR network with a presence in 39 countries and 105 cities across six continents.

As part of its Global Trading Partners offer, JBP provides a full suite of services across media relations and marketing, stakeholder engagement and political affairs, including:

  • profiling and awareness-raising through mainstream and digital media channels
  • facilitating business-critical government relations at local and national levels
  • engagement and relationship development with influential business stakeholders
  • prospective business partner engagement
  • cultural communications counsel
  • communications and stakeholder engagement in support of major property and infrastructure developments

Chris Lawrance, Managing Director of JBP Communications, said: “Global trade is being impacted by geopolitical challenges and protectionist policies. The need for supply chain resilience and to explore new markets presents fresh opportunities for organisations with global capabilities, reach and connections.

“Our new operation is designed to give clients access to world-class expertise and networks, helping British companies develop new markets overseas and enabling inward investors to unlock growth opportunities in Britain.”

JBP is currently supporting Invest Ontario to raise the profile of the province’s life sciences capabilities in the UK through a high-level media relations programme targeting tier-one outlets.
