JBP Managing Director appointed to European Committee of International Public Relations Group

Chris Lawrance, Managing Director at JBP, has been appointed to the EMEA Committee of Worldcom, a global PR network.

Lawrance will join principals from other leading European PR companies on the Committee, which is responsible for promoting Worldcom to prospective customers and supporting partners in the network. Lawrance will be responsible for driving the network’s professional development support for its partners.

Says Lawrance: “One of my passions is talent development and seeing people come through the ranks.  We’ve got so much experience and best practice to share across our EMEA network for our members’ staff to benefit from and I look forward to maximising this opportunity.”

Lawrance was also recently appointed to the global marketing committee for Worldcom which is responsible for promoting the international network to prospective clients.

Worldcom’s partners worldwide combined have 132 offices in 49 countries,, employ some 2,000 communications professionals and generate  annual revenues of around $300m.
