JBP supports launch of INCA’s State of the Altnets report and BetterFibre.uk

We were delighted to support the unveiling of INCA – Independent Networks Cooperative Association’s latest State of the Altnets report – produced by Assembly Research and Point Topic – at a London event this week.

The report, which analyses the shifting UK telecoms market, coincided with the launch of BetterFibre.uk; a new platform designed to help consumers identify independent broadband providers in their area.

Our team provided strategic communications support for the event and secured Ann Davies MP as keynote speaker, who spoke on rural connectivity and digital inclusion, as well as championed the role of Altnets in the UK market and the need for competition which would unlock economic growth.

We also coordinated national consumer polling of 2,000+ UK adults on attitudes towards broadband providers, conducted by Whitestone Insight, which was released alongside the report.

Our Associate Director Kieran Bergholcs delivered a speech at the event, presenting on BetterFibre.uk and its role in helping people better understand the broadband choices available to them.
