JBP supports Worcester Warriors to secure planning permission for Sixways Stadium

JBP were delighted to help kick off the next chapter for Sixways by supporting the Worcester Warriors stadium redevelopment proposals, which have now secured planning permission from Wychavon District Council .

Our stakeholder engagement team worked closely with the project partners to design and deliver a targeted engagement programme that helped build understanding of the proposals and highlight the wider benefits of bringing the stadium back into active use.

The approach ensured that residents and stakeholders were able to engage constructively with the plans as they moved steadily towards the try line of planning approval.

The approved proposals will enable the stadium to be revitalised as a sustainable sporting and community destination, helping to secure the future of professional rugby in the city while creating a venue that can support a wider range of events and community activities.

We are proud to have played a role in helping the project reach this important milestone and in supporting plans that will restore an iconic sporting venue at the heart of Worcester.
