Mark was one of the founders of Buchanan, one of the City’s best known and respected financial communications businesses.
Mark departed the business in 2016 to join a technology business as Head of Communications & Investor Relations that was looking to IPO.
He is an experienced practitioner, developing and implementing communications strategies for both listed and private companies in a variety of sectors, but with particular experience in technology, media, leisure and financial services.
He specialises in in capital markets communications, including IPOs, M&A and restructurings.
