Background.

Zimbl is an electric mobility business helping communities access flexible EV hire without the commitment of traditional ownership. With a growing consumer proposition already proving itself in local schemes (including Banbury and Haddenham), Zimbl wanted to better communicate a wider, scalable offer for investors and partners – particularly local authorities, homebuilders and commercial developers.

To support imminent investor conversations, Zimbl needed a corporate website hub that clearly explained the proposition, demonstrated credibility, and made it easy for different audiences to take the next step – from requesting an investor deck to starting a partnership enquiry.

JBP led the work end-to-end in-house across strategy, UX, design and SEO copywriting, with delivery focused on clarity, conversion and pace:

  • Designed a streamlined user journey: structured navigation and page flow so users can understand the offer quickly and reach the right call to action with minimal friction.
  • Defined the proposition and service models: clearly articulated Zimbl’s offer across key pillars and deployment formats, ensuring each audience could recognise how it applies to them.
  • Established measurement foundations from day one: implemented WordPress with Mailchimp integration, Hotjar for behavioural insights, and analytics-ready tracking to support ongoing optimisation.
